JULIA KESHE ON DEPRESSIVE REALISM
I don’t endorse Keshe’s ideas here, but I think this article is valuable to include because it touches on questions most of us have dealt with at some point and walks us through some canonical thinkers’ ideas about life, meaning, suffering, etc.
In short, Keshe explains how her experience with depression enlightened her to the reality of the world: life is hell, happiness is an illusion, and existential sadness is wrongly pathologized in our society.
